The Homeowners Association of Kings Pointe, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation serving 352 households in Grand Blanc, Michigan.The Association is managed by a Board of Directors who are elected by the members. The Board, in turn, appoints the Association officers. All directors and officers serve without compensation.

The Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 P.M. at the Landings of Fountain Pointe clubhouse. Any member is welcome to attend. The Landings of Fountain Pointe apartment complex is on the south side of Hill Road, between Belsay and Genesee Roads. After turning south into the Landings, turn left at the street marked Office. The clubhouse will be on the right. ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THESE MEETINGS.

Annual calendar year dues are $75.00 per household. Your dues are used to maintain and beautify the Belsay and Genesee Road entrances and nine cul-de-sac circles.

Any member is welcome to join the Beautification and/or Social Committees. The Beautification Committee plans and budgets for maintenance and beautification of the entrances and cul-de-sac circles. The Social Committee plan and budgets for subdivision garage sales and other social occassions where neighbors can meet their neighbors.
